How long to I have access to the product I purchased?
You have lifetime access to the recordings and accompanying PDF worksheets for all of our Writing Blueprint courses and WriteForKids Sessions workshops. You can watch the videos as often as you’d like, and download multiple copies of the worksheets.
How do I get a refund on a product I’ve purchased?
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked full refund on any of our Writing Blueprints and WriteForKids Sessions. If it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, please email Shellie@writeforkids.org to request a refund. If you’d prefer to do a one-time exchange of your purchase for another product on WriteForKids.online for the same amount, we can do that as well.

What is Children’s Book Insider?
Children’s Book Insider (or CBI for short) is a monthly publication that has been published since May, 1990. Every issue is filled with market news, special submission opportunities to top agents and publishing houses, interviews, how-to articles and much more.

What are the Above the Slushpile Opportunities offered in each issue of Children’s Book Insider?
Every month we interview a top agent or editor. Along with the in-depth discussion, we offer our subscribers a special exclusive opportunity to pitch their work to these agencies and publishing houses.
Often, these are companies that typically don’t accept unagented submissions!
Many of our subscribers have gotten published or found representation through these opportunities.
How long can I submit to a Children’s Book Insider Above the Slushpile opportunity?
The Above the Slushpile submission opportunities are valid for one month, the same month as the issue in which they appear (the July opportunity would be accepting submissions the month of July). All submissions must use the link provided at the end of the Agent or Editor Spotlight article.
All regular At Presstime market listings do not have a submission deadline unless specifically stated in the listing.
How do I cancel my Children’s Book Insider subscription?
While logged in, go to https://writeforkids.online/my-account-profile/ and click the button at the bottom of the page. If you’re having trouble, create a ticket via our Contact Page and we’ll take care of everything.
